Riverview receives its seventh J.D. Power and Associates Distinguished Hospital Recognition 

In many ways, the practice of medicine is an art.  There is the science of caregiving but there is also an art to giving care.  Now seven-times distinguished by J.D. Power and Associates the Riverview Medical Center team has brought the health care experience to an art form - even providing Concierge Care for our patients and guests. 

Every day, more than 1,000 team members at Riverview work together to provide "An Outstanding Patient Experience" in Outpatient Services.  They do it because they care.  And, when our patients smile because of the experience we provide, that is a masterpiece!

Riverview Medical Center has been honored by J.D. Power and Associates for  Outstanding Outpatient Services experience, three years in a row. The J.D. Power and Associates "Outstanding Patient Experience" award is one of the most prestigious health care recognitions in the nation. With this most recent recognition, Riverview Medical Center is now a seven-time recipient of the J.D. Power and Associates Distinguished Hospital Award, receiving previous awards for Inpatient Services and Emergency Care Services.  

To become distinguished, a hospital must exceed the national benchmark study score for outpatient satisfaction outlined by J.D. Power and Associates.
