At the center, our team of professionals assesses each individual patient's special needs and develops a program of treatment. Using a goal-oriented approach, we work to help you reach your maximum level of independence. We work closely with home care agencies to plan for a successful discharge, ensuring that necessary services and equipment are available for you when you return home.
